Buscando piso a través de portales inmobiliarios, como idealista.com, fotocasa.es, segundamano.es o globaliza.com, hace unos días estuvimos a punto de ser víctimas de un timo.
Encontramos un apartamento amueblado de 100 metros cuadrados que se alquilaba en pleno barrio de Malasaña por tan solo 650 euros, un precio muy inferior a la media del mercado. El anuncio estaba muy mal redactado. Aportaba como contacto un teléfono extranjero y una dirección de correo electrónico.
Escribimos al supuesto dueño del apartamento. Al día siguiente recibimos su respuesta. Los 650 euros incluían los gastos de luz, agua e internet. Parecía un sueño (o un timo). Alegaba que necesitaba alquilar el piso rápido, y a alguien de confianza, para poder pagar su alquiler en Londres.
Le dijimos que estábamos muy interesados y entonces nos pidió los datos para poder rellenar el contrato y nos explicó que, como ya vivía en Inglaterra, nos haría llegar las llaves en 48 horas a través de TNT, eso sí, una vez hubiéramos ingresado en su cuenta el dinero correspondiente a un mes de alquiler y un mes de fianza.
Cosas que nos hicieron sospechar de que se trataba de un timo:
- El anuncio estaba mal redactado y en el primer mail el supuesto dueño se disculpaba por su nivel de español. Los siguientes correos que recibimos estaban escritos en un perfecto castellano.
- El dueño decía que buscaba a alguien de confianza y a nosotros no nos conocía ni sugería hacer nada para conocernos.
- Decía necesitar el dinero para pagar el alquiler en Londres y dudo mucho que con 650 euros pague un alquiler en Londres. Además, si necesitaba el dinero, ¿por qué alquilar su apartamento por debajo de su valor?
- El colmo fue que nos pidiera ingresar el dinero por adelantado.
Buscamos en internet y encontramos algún otro timo semejante.
La Revista de Internet recogía una noticia sobre el aumento de ofertas de trabajo falsas a causa de la crisis.

Últimamente están proliferando muchas webs que ofrecen beneficios maravillosos que dicen que se basan en tradear en forex cuando en realidad son estafas, esquemas PONZI, que lo que hacen es ir pagando a los miembros con el dinero que captan de nuevos incautos. Hasta que llega un día que la pirámide se desmorona y miles de personas pierden mucho dinero.

hola!! estoy en conversaciones con la misma persona de la que hablais porque tiene que ser la misma, el piso es d 650 euros,me ha mandado el precontrato, en la direccion me pone que es un octavo, y ese edificio no tiene mas d 4 plantas, esta al lado de noviciado verdad? tambien lo de la agencia esa de TNT, vaya demasiado bueno para ser verdad, menos mal que tampoco he caido, de todas formas esto no se acaba aqui, mañana voy al registro de la propiedad, a comprobar si ella es la dueña y pienso denunciarlo. hola! me acabo de escribir unos mails con una supuesta chica que trabaja en Londres y alquilaba su apartamento en la calle Hermosilla en Madrid por 470 euros, y amueblado con todo incluido. Una maravilla vamos, menos mal que me ha parecido un poco raro y mehe puesto a mirar y he encontrado este post.

Recientemente he encontrado 2 casos muy parecidos de pisos en Barcelona publicados en fotocasa.es. Afortunadamente no he caído (demasiados indicios hacían sospechar que se trataba de un timo!!) pero me da mucha rabia que alguien pudiera caer.
Alguien puede explicar que pasos hay que seguir para denunciar a estas personas?????

Pues no, la verdad es que sin pruebas reales (sólo tenemos un correo electrónico y un nombre que debe ser false) es difícil denunciar, aunque yo tampoco lo he intentado porqué no he sido timada.

Yo he encontrado tambien este mismo caso en Barcelona (fotocasa). Para raquel y otros: no estaría demás PUBLICAR en Internet el nombre/s de la gente que hace eso, ya que te dan un nombre para que hagas la transferencia bancaria.
Como siempre, la policía hará poco o nada… pero nosotros sí que podemos hacerlo.

Son unos sinverguenzas. Este tal Erik Mirik me ha tenido soñando unos días de un pisito en Barcelona. Acaba de mandarme un mail diciendo que está en Liverpool y que se podrían mandar las llaves con TNT…vaya.Entonces he puesto su nombre en google y me ha salido esta pagina.
Es increible como se aprovechan de las necesidades basicas que tiene la gente.

Estoy leyendo vuestros comentarios y me consuelo un poco. Hace un par de días ví un anuncio en fotocasa.es de un piso en Triana, Sevilla, de 3 dormitorios y amueblado, muy bonito, a 600 eur. El teléfono no existía así que me puse en contacto via email. La respuesta ha sido la misma que en los casos que comentáis: propietaria extranjera (Maria Wettig:mariawettig@yahoo.com), buen precio, buena ubicación, gestiones a través de TNT, etc, vamos una “supuesta” ganga. Averigué que era un timo porque llamé a TNT para verificar que dispusieran de este servicio de depósito de llaves, del cual no había oído nada absolutamente. Fueron ellos los que me aseguraron que se trataba de un timo en toda regla. Menos mal que mujer precavida vale por 2!!!! He puesto un email via fotocasa.es denunciando la situación. Deberían comprobar la veracidad de lo que ofertan, ponen en entredicho la fiabilidad de su empresa. Menuda panda de ladrones!!

Hola,
El pasado martes vi un anuncio en fotocasa.es. El piso era magnifico, con fotos increíbles y un precio muy inferior al resto de los de la zona. Estaba realmente sorprendido pero decidí enviar un email al anunciante para ver que me decía.
Recibí una respuesta en ingles de un hombre contándome su vida y que se había ido a vivir a liverpool durante 4 años y quería una persona de confianza.
El trato era el siguiente, a través de TNT, según el…el me enviaría las llaves y el contrato por correo y yo tenia que hacer un pago a nombre de un supuesto agente de TNT (otro colega suyo).
Posteriormente yo tendría dos días para decidir si me quedaba con el apartamento y si no TNT me devolverá el dinero.
Por lo que he visto es un timo muy común…me llegan el pago de 2 meses de alquiler (800 euros).

La renta mensual es de 800 euros, por todo el apartamento incluyendo todas utilidades (agua, la electricidad, el internet, el cable, estacionamiento,el triturador de basura,sistema de seguridad). El apartamento esta libre y se puede mudar allí en el mismo día que usted recibe las llaves. El único problema es que soy la unica que tiene las llaves del apartamento y en este momento me encuentro en mi casa de Italia, pero estoy segura que si esta interesado vamos a encontrar una solución para que usted reciba las llaves lo antes posible y que firmemos el contrato de alquiler..

Hola soy Roberto, no hemos picado por los pelos, ya me mosqueo mucho que mandase un mail con el vinculo que como texto ponia http://www.dhl.com y al pulsarlo salta a una pagina que es muy cutre y parecia falsa, en otra direccion.

El apartamento se encuentra en la Calle de Hortaleza, 6, 28004, Madrid. Tiene 2 dormitorios,un salon, 1 baño, una cocina, una terraza muy amplia con una vista espectacular, garaje. Está totalmente amueblado con nueva muebles y equipado con todo lo necesario (aire acondicionado, lavaplatos, lavadora, nevera, microonda). Fue mi casa hasta hace 2 años cuando me casé y me mudé con mi esposo en UK/London, su país de origen. Desde entonces he dado el apartamento en alquiler a una familia joven que, hace poco, por motivos personales tuvo que trasladarse de ciudad, por lo que ahora necesito a alguien para ocupar el apartamento.

Como le conte la renta mensual es de 650 euro sin otros cargos. Esta cantidad tendrá que pagarmela cada mes a mi cuenta bancaria, ya que yo me encuentro en Inglaterra/Londres, espero que este no sea un problema para usted. Con respecto al recibo de las llaves y la firma del contrato de alquiler, pense que la mejor opcion para resolverlo pronto es que yo acuda a una agencia llamada DHL que igual a FedEx, TNT o UPS se encarga de transportar paquetes y que también nos puede ayudar con el contrato de alquiler. Se puede informar mas sobre su actividad en el : http://www.dhl.com . Deberá confirmar el depósito de seguridad (1 1/2 mes de alquiler – 975 euros) a DHL para que puedan iniciar la entrega de las llaves con usted.
Asi que dentro de 2 días ellos pueden hacerle llegar las llaves y junto con ellos puede ver el apartamento. Si le gusta y esta conforme con el, en ese mismo momento el agente de la compania le hace firmar el contrato de alquiler, pero si no esta satisfecho con el apartamento, no hay problema, el agente encargado me trae de vuelta las llaves y usted esta libre de cargas.
Si le interesa mañana mismo ire a la compania para dejar las llaves y el contrato hecho en su nombre como nuevo inquilino y el recividor de la llaves.
Voy a esperar su respuesta pronto.

Quiero informarle de que DHL celebrará el dinero hasta que se confirme a los que le gusta el apt y mantener las llaves. Si no te gusta, sólo tiene que devolver las llaves de ellos después de que reembolsará el dinero a usted y le entregará las llaves de nuevo a mí en mi cargo.
Me tendrá que informarle de los pasos sobre cómo funciona este servicio y cómo podemos hacer que suceda. Usted sólo tendrá que depositar a DHL Servicio sólo el depósito de seguridad – 975.00 euros – para que puedan proceder con el envío, y puede recibir las llaves y el contrato.
Como he dicho, voy a pagar por la entrega de 2 días por lo que recibirán las llaves y el contrato firmado por mí de inmediato. Yo le explicará paso a paso cómo se trabajará:
1 – Para iniciar esta operación i necesita saber toda su información de envío, nombre completo, dirección de envío completa para proceder a esta operación.
2 – voy a la oficina de DHL y deje las llaves y el contrato en su nombre como el del receptor.
3 – DHL comprobará el sobre para ver si todo está bien con él y también los papeles legales que vendrán junto con las claves.
4 – DHL le enviará una notificación de entrega para hacerle saber que tienen las llaves y los documentos bajo su custodia, en la que se le han dicho que las claves y que se verificó.
5 – En este punto usted tendrá que ir a un agente de Western Union y hacer una ubicación de transferencia de dinero depositado en el agente de DHL nombre asignado a esta operación, por la cantidad que acordamos, la cantidad total que se depositará en el primer mes de alquiler .
6 – Después de realizar el depósito tendrá que enviar la información sobre el depósito de dinero a DHL (Número de referencia, nombre del remitente y dirección)
7 – DHL verificará la información de pago y si todo está en orden en el que entregará las llaves y el contrato para usted.
8 – Después de recibir el paquete, y Usted pasará a comprobar el apt y en 10 días debe ponerse en contacto con ellos y decirles que si mantiene el apt o no, si todo está en orden le dará instrucciones a DHL para liberar los fondos para mi.
Si no te gusta el apt que enviar su dinero de vuelta y les enviará las llaves y el contrato a su alcance para devolver el paquete de nuevo a mí en mi cargo.
Ya he pagado los honorarios por sus servicios y no tiene que pagar por lo que además de confirmar el depósito de seguridad para ellos después de recibir la notificación de entrega. Yo necesito tu nombre completo y la dirección donde las llaves y el contrato de arrendamiento debe ser enviada por lo que será capaz de presentar todos los detalles a DHL para avanzar con la transacción.

Me he encontrado con lo mismo en la página tucasa.com
El anuncio decía que alquilaba un piso de 3 dorm 2 baños 137 m2, garaje, muebles … en fin, con todo lo que puedas necesitar, y encima en el Viso (zona muy cara de Madrid, junto al Bernabeu).
Me responde el correo (dirección oplmji@yahoo.com) y me dice lo mismo que le dijo a Alex (mensaje del 30 de enero). Eso sí, esta chica debe tener dos maridos, porque el mío era del Reino Unido.
Me hizo sospechar por lo siguiente:
1. Muy barato
2. No se identifica (no da nombre ni teléfono)
3. Es un bajo con terraza con vistas espectaculares … tal vez hay una vecina expectacular, porque no creo que veas mucho de Madrid en un bajo
4. Me metí en el callejero qdq (te enseña fotos de los edificios) y los locales comerciales de este edificio son tiendas.
…… (no sigo que os aburro)
Y lo definitivo fué que no he vuelto a saber de ella (o de él) desde que le respondí el correo pidiéndole que me aclarara cosas y me respondiera preguntas.
Me he puesto en contacto con tucasa.com para comunicar el hecho, y no descarto ir a la policía a denunciarlo (a través de la dirección IP pueden dar con ella, con él o con alguno de sus maridos)

A mi me ha pasado algo parecido hace unas semanas una tal Carmen Pineda alquilaba un piso en primera línea con vistas al mar en Ibiza, por sólo 600 euros.
Gracias a dios que me di cuenta del engaño pues busqué en google maps la dirección del piso y era un HOTEL !! y encima en segunda línea.
La tía me decía q era ingeniera civil y q tenia una obra en Roma por 4 años (restaurar el coliseo, no te jode!!)
Con lo que cuesta encontrar un buen apartamento y q haya gente que te haga perder el tiempo !!!

yo tambien estoy buscando piso en barcelona y he encontrado uno en el que las caracteristicas (como las de todos los pisos que habeis dicho) son espectaculares. En este caso el señor dice que se tiene que trasladar a roma un maximo de 8 años. Lo curioso es que el anuncio tanto en segundamano como en loquo esta en un español perfecto y cuando me puse en contacto con el me respondió en inglés. El nombre de este es Aurelio Fernandao y su mail es fernanaurelio33@aol.com.
Deberiamos hacer una lista con todos los nombres de esta “chusma” para que la gente no callera en estos timos!!
De todas formas os doy las gracias por exponer vuestros casos aqui porque gracias a vosotros ya se como no caer en un timo, mejor dicho, que pasos dar para no ser timada.

Lo mío es algo similar, pero con la supuesta empresa edelcomp.Me poní esto:

Supongo que tu caso es un estupendo piso anunciado en fotocasa por 500 € en la calle Hilarión Eslava, menudo timo… Ya me he puesto en contato con fotocasa y me han dicho que en 2 horas bloquean el anuncio. Era un piso en Madrid centro.
Tambien se hacia llamar Fabia Molinaro y el email era tyuerf@yahoo.com y los emails eran literales a algunos que gente ha colgado arriba.
Porque no tienen mas publicidad este tipo de cosas si parece que hay muchisima gente afectada?

hola soy el novio de Laura, la chica que escribio antes lo de edelcomp, le he seguido la corriente a la tal fabia molinaro mintiendo sobre datos y diciendo que iba a tener 5 perros con enfermedades congenitas en el piso y 3 tortugas australianas en peligro de extincion, y me envian un mail de edelcomp con el detalle de la transaccion, obviamente los datos que di son totalmente falsos.
ayer he llamado a fotocasa y lo he denunciado el anuncio era el de angelita camarero 37 en madrid.
hoy ire con una copia de todos los mails y lo denunciare en la policia.
incentivo desde aqui a todos a que denuncieis esto en la policia nacional ya que si siguen publicando esta este tipo de anuncios es porque hay gente inocente que aun cae.

pues me temo que hay otro piso en fotocasa con las miasmas caracteristicas piso en el centro de madrid, en sainz de baranda, amueblado completamente,…y las fotos son de un piso increible!
he escrito al “dueño” y su contestacion ha sido la misma que ya habeis puesto uno de vosotros:
Buenas! Gracias por su interés que muestra en mi apartamento.El apartamento se encuentra en Calle Vicente Caballero 9. Estoy un poco harta de que se rian de la gente así, sobre todo somos gente que buscamos pisos baratos porque no podemos permitirnos algo mejor, y encima llegan a timar a la gente. A mi me pareció raro desde el principio porque es un piso en sainz de baranda, y ya todos sabemos que por esa zona los pisos no son de 550€ y mucho menos el piso que anuncian: dos dormitorios, pedazo de salón, pedazo de cocina, terraza, una salita, un baño increible…en definitiva, un TIMO y de los grandes. A mi lo que me gustaria saber es si no se puede denunciar ni hacer nada, o mínimo que las paginas de internet no permitan colgar un anuncio a cualquiera, aunque todos debemos saber a lo que nos atenemos cuando nos piden dinero por delante…NUNCA LO HAGAIS, si es verdad que lo queiren alguilar el inquilino entiende que hasta que no veas el piso no lo quieras, y mucho menos q le ingreses el dienero, cualquier propietario que realmente quiere alguilarlo legalemente lo comprende.
Espero que nadie caiga en la trampa!!

SEXTA – Los gastos de comunidad, y los que graviten sobre la propiedad de la finca serán de cuenta de la arrendadora.

Primero usted me tiene que facilitar sus datos:

Despues ellos le envian por correo el informe del transporte confirmando que yo les deje las llaves y el contrato;usted revisa los datos y si todo esta bien les comunica.
Una vez acordados los detalles del envio(quien envia, quien recive, quien se encarga y que hay que pagar), usted tiene que pagar la renta por el primer mes a la agencia a travez uno de sus agentes que se encarga de llevar las llaves.
El pago lo va hacer por un servicio de transferencia de dinero en nombre del agente (estos detalles se los envia la agencia por correo electronico en el informe del transporte). En ingreso viene a ser la garantia que Edelcomp tiene por su parte de que no abandona el acuerdo de ver y posiblemente alquilar el apartamento, mientras ellos vienen con las llaves y el contrato.
Despues de hacer la transferencia de dinero envia usted un correo a la agencia comunicando los detalles del ingreso (detalles del enviador: nombre, apellido, direccion, detalles del recividor: nombre, apellido,direccion y el codigo numerico de la transferencia).El dinero se queda en un fondo fiduciario hasta que usted recive el paquete.
Los de la agencia hacen la verificacion de su transferencia de dinero y si todo esta correcto empiezan el proceso de envio. Dentro de maximo 2 dias el agente se comunica con usted para quedar en ver el apartamento.
Despues de verlo usted dice al agente si se queda con el o no. En caso que si, firma el contrato despues de revisarlo y una copia me la traen de regreso los de la agencia . Pero si el apartamento no es de su agrado avisa al agente, el le regresa el dinero ingresado y usted las llaves de mi apartamento.
Todos los gastos del envio y los servicios de la agencia corren por mi cuenta , usted tiene que pagar solo la renta por el primer mes.
Espero el correo con sus datos y manana mismo voy a la agencia para arreglar todo.

A mi me ha pasado exactamente lo mismo, el texto exacto, pero para mí eran 700 € en la calle Otamendi.
Los textos, todo todo exactamente igual aunque me mosqueó a la primera, antes de recibir el mail porque en Madrid, a 700 € un piso de 3 dormitorios amueblado no existe.
Obvio que no pienso pagar un duro.
¿Habrá gente tan incauta que haga tal cosa?

hola a todos quiero agradeceros por todos los testimonios, pues creo que son de gran ayuda en el momento de despejar dudas.si no fuera por los testimonios que he encontrado en esta pagina,hubiera sido victima de un timador que al igual que a vosotros queria engañarme ofreciendome un piso en cuatro caminos de 3 habitaciones, me pedio que le ingresara mil euros por la wester union y que le mandara la fotocopia del comprobante del ingreso y el me mandaria las llaves y un contrato de arrendamiento.porque el se encuentra en londres por motivos de trabajo y se ve obligado a alquilar su piso porque los arrendamientos en londres son muy caros.el anuncio esta espuesto en mundo anunciosel correo de este desgraciado(ondrejmkl@googlemail.com) y su supuesto nombre es ondrej makula.gracias a todos, me he librado de ser estafada, pues mañana debia ingresar el dinero en la mañana

Hola a todos siguiendo con la dinámica de timos pues del mismo tio de liverpool anunciando un piso en c/ enric granados todo incluido internet gastos de luz, agua, gas por 410 euros/mes con dos dormitorios dobles etc y pago via TNT lo bueno es que me respondio hablandome de otro piso en plaza catalunya con c/ armag…. que tenia 3 dormitorios y costaba lo mismo 410 euros. Pues qué decir, que ya estaba mosqueado por el chollo, pero gracias a ustedes me he dado cuenta que definitivamente es una estafa de las buenas, y a tiempo que es lo mejor.
Piso en la c/ canillas 97, Prosperidad, Madrid, con garaje y por 600 euros.
Todo el rollo de Liverpool y su contrato de trabajo por 5 años igual que siempre (se ve que no tienen mucha imaginación), pero hay novedades. Bueno no se ni como empezar, solo decir que espero que este foro sirva para que otras personas no sean estafadas como yo. Mi caso es exactamente igual que casi todos los que habeis comentado. Un super chollo de piso en el centro de Madrid ( anucio que vi en fotocasa) por 600€ todo incluido. Como tonta me crei que ese chollo no me podia tocar a mi, que suerte !!!! pensé como una ingenua.Total que mande mail interesandome por el piso y recibi un @ al dia siguiente en ingles diciendome que se trataba de una mujer de 43 años que vivia por trabajo por 5 años en Liverpool, que necesitaba alquilar su piso de Madrid. Me explico que en el precio estaba incluido todo, agua, electricidad, internet etc….. como una tonta cai en la trampa , y tampoco porque tuviera necesidad ya que vivo en un buen apartamento pero claro este estaba mucho mejor y mas barato.En fin que segui las pautas a seguir por esta persona, por llamarla de alguna forma: ISABEL CONDE MARTIN.Claro está todo esto ha acabado con que me han timado los 600€, me di realmente cuenta cuando una vez realizado el ingreso me mandaron un mail a traves de la empresa moneybookers determinandome que tenia que hacer ademas un DEPOSITO DE 350€ a nombre de un supuesto agente de Money BOKKERS UN TAL MARKUS OLIVERT. En fin os paso textualmente lo que me escribio esta sinvergüenza para que no les pase a nadie más.
me gustaría saber si alguien mas ha sido estafado hacer piña para ver como podemos pillara est GENTUZA, se que sería dificil y largo perocreo que deberiamos ver como hacerlo, si hacer denuncia conjunta con los nombres de todos ellos, no se…..

Hola, a mi me paso lo mismo, me estafaron 850€ y lo mismo me di cuenta del timo cuando me pidieron 450€ mas por poder entregarme la llave. Si hay mas gente interesada podriamos poner una denuncia conjunta.

Maria Jesús, yo no sé de qué manera se podría denunciar esto, ya que al ser toda la comunicación via mail, no habrá ningún dato verdadero, y solo con la dirección de mail no sé que se puede hacer. En cualquier caso, si alguien quiere denunciar puede contar conmigo. Tengo los mails guardados (de 2 “pisos” distintos).
Al último le contesté: “¿Porqué no trabajas? Como todo el mundo, y dejas de tratar de engañar a gente honrada”
y no obtuve respuesta, así que deduzco que se “gana” así la vida el/la muy hijo de perra.
Esto foro supongo que lo leerá la gentuza esta que pone los anuncios (si tienen 2 dedos de frente) así que les invito a que ahorren un poco de lo que roban, PORQUE LO VAN A TENER QUE PAGAR

Hola Laura, si tenemos que averiguar como denunciar esto, yo estoy dispuesta a denunciar. Tedra que haber una policia que investigar el rastreo de pistas por internet que de con estos sinvergüenzas. Yo tengo guardados todos los mails que he mentenido con esta pajarraca e incluso el envio que le hice al supuesto agente de esta empresa. Haber si entre todos aquellos que lo han sufrido este engaño podemos hacer fuerza y conseguimos que los pillen aunque no podamos casi con seguridad recuperar nuestro dinero. Yo por mi parte voy a denunciarlo, eso seguro.

María Jesús, tú has sido victima de una estafa que emplea las nuevas tecnologías(internet). Reúne los mails, los recibos de las transferencias que pagaste, todo lo que tengas,incluso ésta misma página en la que muchos denunciamos, y te vas a una comisaría de Policía Nacional, y presentas tu denuncia y presentas copia de toda la documentación(ellos te haran las copias). EN la Policía Nacional hay varios grupos que investigan estos timos, el grupo de delitos económicos(timos y estafas) y los grupos de investigación tecnológica (chorizos que sa valen de internet para delinquir). Pero el primer paso es presentar la denuncia.
Yo tambien casi pico, pero desde un principio me mosqueó, busqué la localización, y hay un hotel, calle General Oraá en Madrid, el número 17. Y todo exactamente igual a lo que vosotros escribis, sólo que ahora son SONIA ORTIZ y LEWIS ESPINOSA, y lo encontré en habitamos.com.
Yo no he sido víctima porque no he pagado nada, pero sí lo voy a poner en conocimiento de Policía Nacional. Pero lo más efectivo para que den con ellos, es que vayas y pongas la denuncia Mª Jesús.

HOla somos una pareja y caimos en el timo. Todo es exactamente igual a lo que hoy leimos en esta web. Ayer mismo hicimos el ingreso como estupidos y ya no sabemos nada más de esta gente. Queremos ir a la policia y denunciar. EL piso que alquilan es en Barcelona C/ Princesa 12 o 44. Y los nombres que seran falsos son MARIA ELENA VICTORIA CERRATO y al tipo que recibió nuestro dinero és Roberto Tevali.

Te digo lo mismo que a Mª Jesús antes, en un post más arriba. Reúne toda la documentación que tengas: mails, recibo de transferencias, enlaces a webs, ésta página incluída, y vete a una comisaría de Policía. ése es el primer paso, luego esa denuncia va a dos sitios, al Juzgado de INstrucción que esté de guardia, y al grupo correspondiente encargado de investigar éstos temas.

a nosotros nos han timado igual. el piso supuestamente estaba en granada, en calle martinez de la rosa numero 1. todo igual supongo que con las mismas fotos y algo que parecia ser una muy buena oportunidaad. La timadora se hacia llamar pamela adams y nos conto la misma farsa.nosotros hicimos el pago a traves de western union y nos dimos cuenta del timo porque decia que tenuiamos que ingresar 2 meses mas de alquiler porque ella habia tenido un error en el contrato y al ingresar esto ella nos regalaria 2 meses mas de alquiler.si alguien va a denunciar que avise para hacer fuerza entre todos.y que no caiga nadie masQ!!

Pues a mi me ha ocurrido lo mismo con una casa que vi en Fotocasa:El teléfono no correspondia con el supuesto dueño. La pagina al día siguiente no estaba disponible, la vivienda estaba en C/ Canillas 97 de Madrid, como me parecia muy estraño que en la zona fuera tan economico me acerque al edificio y no existe. A mi me ha pasado lo mismo que a vosotros, en San Sebastian. Hace unos meses que vi un piso maravilloso cerca de la playa de gros (a 3 minutos!calle san francisco). Él comenzó a escribirme, un mail nada más. La verdad es que me quedé chafadísima porque el piso era genial.
Ahora me estoy escribiendo por mail con otra. qué casualidad! dije yo… otro piso, este a 3 minutos de la playa de la concha… (calle arrasate) buf!y me escribe con la misma historia de que se ha ido a inglaterra a trabajar para 4 años. en el anterior solo me envió un mail. esta vez ya desde el primero me mosqueé, sabía que era un timo… pero la esperanza nunca se pierde… vaya la última ha sido lo de tnt y mirar la web. he encontrado este post… qué cabrones! jugar con la ilusión de las personas… que por cierto… creo que no tenemos mucho dinero para pisos, verdad?

-General Oraá 17(aquí en realidad hay un hotel, el Suites Barrio Salamanca)

He leídola mayoría de comentarios. Resulta que mi hija y una amiga, estudiantes, casi caen con lo del fabuloso piso. Éste es en Granada, calle Recogidas.
Alerto a todos los que estén interesados, es un TIMO , que la dueña está en Londres, que todos los gastos pagados, que mandais los 500 € y les envía las llaves, etc. etc.
Gracias a páginas como éstas, abrieron los ojos.

Yo tambien he llegado a dar con un timo de esos, aunque por suerte, no me he fiado. El piso que yo habia visto, en este caso fueron dos, estan en Las Palmas. Uno en Leon y Castillo, 17 y el otro en Leon y Castillo 306. Al margen de lo increible que es la situacion, el hecho de que esos dos pisos costasen 400 y 360 euros, y estuvieran en una situacion inmejorable (pleno centro)lo que me mosqueo desde el primer momento es lo del mail en ingles, que bueno…disculpe un poco digamos por aquello de que la supuesta inquilina estaba en Londres y demas. Lo que a mi me hizo empezar a sospechar seriamente, fue que me respondieron a ambas peticiones de informacion, y en ambos me enviaron exactamente la misma respuesta, cosa que ya me hizo decidir que ahi habia algo que no era normal…Era demasiada casualidad coincidir con personas que tuvieran lo mismo que decir acerca de su piso! Le segui pidiendo informacion a la chica, en mi caso con la que mantenia conversacion era Silvia Rodriguez (la del otro correo era Anna Simonet Esteban o algo asi) Y ya llego la situacion que el resto habeis vivido: moneybookers.com y demas familia. Hable con un amigo, que es abogado, y dio con este blog…y despues de leer los comentarios, he dado por confirmadisima mi sospecha…
Ademas, en el caso de “mis” pisos, la madre de mi novio me sugirio echar un vistazo a la Oficina Virtual del Catastro. Uno de los inmuebles que yo vi, correspondia al Patronato de Turismo de Las Palmas de Gran Canaria y el otro si que era un edificio con pisos, pero la diferencia de superficie de los inmuebles con respecto al que yo habia visto, era mucha…vamos, un timo como todos habeis comprobado.

Casi caigo yo también en el de León y Castillo 306, de Las Palmas. En este caso la chica se llamaba Silvia Rodríguez y lo había publicado en mundoanuncios (aunque creo recordar que lo vi por otras páginas de internet) per, por su puesto, ya había quitado el anuncio. Los emails que he recibido de ella son exactamente los que ha publicado Zoe, ý hace un rato que le he contestado diciéndole que primero tenía que ver el piso. A ver con lo que me sale.

Yo lo hice al reves, me marchaba a londres una temporada e intente alquilar piso alli…Mismo timo, que si manda dinero por adelantado que si estoy en nosedonde..
La mejor manera de asegurarse es decirles:
Ningun problema, afortunadamente voy a desplazarme al “pais que sea” en breve, quedamos alli me das las llaves y luego cuando vea el piso, mi abogado te gira el alquiler…nunca responden a esto.suerte, y denunciad AH! y es posible averiguar la ip desde la que te mandan los mails, (hasta cierto punto ), asi que no los borreis y denuncia a la guardia civil!

Pues en Albacete otro casi similar, piso 2 habitaciones céntrico con garaje y totalmente amueblado. Le mando un correo para preguntar y recibo lo que ya muchos sabéis, sobre todo lo de “internet incluído” es para partirse de risa ¿quién va a poner en alquiler un piso con internet incluído? , el texto era todo en inglés.
En este caso la mujer se ha tenido que ir a Liverpool… de que he recibido el correo me ha mosqueado y por eso he decidido buscar de forma que he dado con este blog y veo que es clavadito.
A ver qué me contesta en el siguiente correo, pero vamos, que por si acaso voy a postear su nombre porque el texto que me ha enviado es calcado a los que hay posteados antes. El nombre de la susodicha es: Gabriela Orteza

Yo me he escrito un par de emails con ella pero siempre dice lo mismo, me encantaría poder denunciarla.
Al menos fotocasa o el idealista podrían tener un servicio para denunciar este tipo de cosas y que retiren el anuncio.
Yo incluso he ido a ver la casa, iluso de mi, al principio crei que podia ser verdad!

yo he visto en varios portales como tucasa.com, ebay, olx, el piso en Leon y Castillo 306-Las Palmas. a un precio de 400 euros con lo cual te resulta un poco extraño por la bonito que se ve en las fotos y la situacción pero pedí informacion, a tucasa.com, se puso en contacto el anunciante Silvia Rodriguez en ingles lo cual ya me resulto extraño pero bueno respondí a su anuncio y de esto hace una semana y no recibi información ninguna de la propietaria ni de la agencia, con lo cual me mosqueo. Hasta que hoy vuelvo a ver el anuncio en ebay en la cual ya no existe nada y en olx, en el cual me entero de este enlace p.q. habia un aviso de fraude por parte de uno de vosotros que lo habeis informado. Gracias por ello p.q. incluso habia vuelto a pedir informacion a este olx sobre el piso. Aunque no soy de las que caigo en entregar dinero hasta tener las cosas y verlas antes pero agradesco vuetra advertencia p.q. puede a ver mucha gente que caiga en estos tipos. Con lo cual lo mejor es ir personlamente a una inmobiliarias es más seguro. Un saludo

Cómo supuestamente la “señora” quiere alguien de confianza me resultó muy difícil de creer que no me pidiera referencias, contrato, etc., así es que he ido a revisar la dirección y es correcta pero, la distribución interna de las ventanas de las fotos no se correspondían con las ventanas del edificio, así es que me he puesto a ver si la encontraba por internet y miren por donde vengo a dar con esta web de timos.
Sin duda es la misma persona ya que los mails son idénticos.
Si alguien me puede informar cómo se puede denunciar esto se lo agradeceré, estoy esperando el tercer mail de este personaje a ver que me dice del pre-contrato y no se lo dejaré pasar.

Pero tengo dudas respecto a lo que me haz respondido, ¿el precio de 300€ incluye los gastos de luz, agua y de mas servicios?, para entrar a vivir ahí, ¿cómo podría pagarte?, ¿cuanto te tengo que pagarte para entrar a vivir? y ¿cuanto tardan en llegar las llaves? y ¿por cuanto tiempo nos lo alquilarías? pues lo queremos para una temporada larga podrían ser unos años quizá.
Como ya te he mencionado antes, necesito sacar mis cosas urgentemente del piso en donde estoy ahora, y para mi seria esencial resolver todo esto, cuanto antes.
Te digo también que sería para vivir dos personas, mi padre y yo, el piso obviamente seria cuidado y respetado.

Por poco caigo, pero gracias a esta página web y a la amabilidad del registro de la propiedad de Barcelona, me he evitado perder 550 euros.
La chica en cuestión se hace llamar ana fernanda cordoba (anafernandacordoba@hotmail.com), y el anuncio lo publicó fotocasa la semana pasada. El mismo texto que en los mails que he visto en este blog.
Voy a avisar a los de fotocasa y, de paso, si puedo, denunciar el intento de fraude a la policia y guardia civil en los mails que he visto en este blog.

Estoy buscando piso en Washington por internet pues me voy de estancia 2 meses en octubre y me han intentado timar. Con sólo pegar el mail que me han enviado en el google me he dado cuenta que lo que me ha contestado el supuesto dueño del piso es lo mismo que en muchos otros mails de pisos con timo!!!! Al igual que tengo que informar antes, el precio que deberá pagar un mes de alquiler será 400 euros, sin pagar impuestos adicionales. El dinero, quiero revivir mensualmente a mi cuenta bancaria, así que espero que sea ningún problema para que usted alambre el dinero a mi cuenta bancaria. El apartamento está listo para usted, usted necesitará solamente a recibir las llaves y el contrato para comprobarlo, y ver si le gusta.
Obviamente que necesitamos una manera de completar este acuerdo, que nos permitirá asegurarnos de que recibimos lo que somos después. Con el fin de que he encontrado un camino para nosotros para completar la operación segura y rápida, y de esta manera usted recibirá las claves en menos de 2 días, si se mueve rápido también. Buenos días a todos, yo tb he tenido contacto con estos tipos, e investigando encontrado tres nombres, supuestamente falsos. Ultimamente en Sevilla (segundamano, milanuncios, mundoanuncio…)estan apareciendo muchos anuncios intentando timar, siempre con lo mismo, viven fuera y te mandan contrato llaves, previo depósito de 900 euros en mi caso, gracias a estas paginas te das cuenta que todo es un timo, y claro nunca vas a pagar por adelantado a alguien que está fuera (aunque me da rabia que alguien pueda caer en esto), pero lo peor es que suplantan la identidad de DHL.
Advertir que piso en el centro entre 400 y 500 euros, fotos casi de lujo, todo un timo.

Como podeis comprobar son muchos los nombres que van apareciendo y todos falsos.

Esto me escribio el tal Jose Ruiz Mosa, despues que le dije que el enciara la llave a un familiar o amigo en Espana:
Hola,
No tengo a nadie en Espana con las llaves capaces de le muestre el piso,lo siento.
El período que alquila es de 2 meses a 5 anos.
El depósito será de 2 meses de alquiler(640 euros).
TNT mantendrá el dinero hasta que usted confirmará que te gusta el piso.
Yo le explicaré cómo haremos.
Voy a la Oficina del TNT y dejo las llaves y el contrato en su nombre como el receptor destinado.
TNT verificará el sobre para ver si todo es bueno consigo y también los papeles legales que vendrán con las llaves.
TNT le enviará una notificación de entrega a permitirle saber que ellos tienen las llaves y los papeles en su custodia.
En este punto usted tendrá que ir a un Agente de WesternUnion y hacer un depósito de transferencia de dinero en el nombre de agente de TNT asignado con esta transacción para la cantidad que concordamos.
TNT verificará las informaciones del pago y si todo está en la orden ellos entregarán las llaves y el contrato a usted.

Jose Ruiz Mosa es la misma persona con la que yo he acordado alquilar el piso!!La diferencia es que la direccion que a mi me dio si existia y fuimos a verlo y todo por fuera!!La ilusion de ir a vivir con mi pareja se ha esfumado!!!Se supone que en dos dias me enviara las llaves!! Los mismos emails que escribe a Julia son exactamente los que me escribio a mi pero nunca me pidio dinero por adelantado, me dijo que cuando recibiera las llaves ingresaria el dinero en un deposito!!Os agradezco este post!!

Bueno, pues se revolveran en la cama, discutirán un rato, se echaran las culpas y se dormirán sin 800 neuros menos y sin el piso para mi hermana. luego harán como si nada hubiera ocurrido.
Bueno si de algo sirve,
Tu has sido honesto y has cumplido tu parte, has enviado el dinero. Puedes verlo como un acto de generosidad hacia alguien que sufre, porque engaña al ser humano y así se engaña a si mismo. Sí, en ese mundo vivimos, en el que hemos creado.
un toque de atención para no comportarse de esa manera, mirar a la intención con la que hacemos las cosas es importante.

Otro que tambien queria timarme con el alquiler de un apartamento de lujo en Barcelona,a precio de 500 EU todo incluido en el Eixample.Comencé a dudar desde el primer correo que me mandó ya que:
1) Se expresava mal en español
2) A la pregunta de donde estava exactamente el piso, se confundió de localización
Al segundo correo tambien me pedia dinero por adelantado a traves de una agencia: Moneybookers
y no contest’o a las pregubtas que le hicé en el primer correo que era quedar para ver el piso, me contesto que ya se habia mudado a Inglaterra, cuando en el primer correo me decia que aún estava en Barcelona y se tenia que mudar pronto.
Aqui teneis lo que me respondia despues de enviarle yo un correo diciendole que estava interesado:

Hola,
Yo también casi soy víctima de un timo de un apartamento en Madrid situado en la calle Conde de Romanones 14.
El caso está expuesto en un post anterior (6 de diciembre), es la misma situación, sólo que en este caso el nombre por el que se hace pasar es Felipe Alson. El anuncio está en castellano y los emails los envía en inglés. Su argumento es que está en Liverpool y que tiene que alquilar ya el apartamento, que sólo él tiene las llaves y que las envía por DHL. Después solicita un ingreso a través de Money Transfer.

os pongo el piso , las paginas donde la estafadora ha puesto su piso, xq me informé a ver si lo habia puesto en más sitios, la estructura de los emails es la misma que la vuestra, pero esta es amanda. pago por monkeys ese, en pisos.com ya borro el piso y en otras 4 más que lo tenía, sigo hablando con ella para descubrirla, fui personalmente a pregunatr al bloque y vi que eran oficinas, el portro no sabia nada de ningun piso en alquile, y el presidente sabía que hay no vivia ni ha vivido nadie con las caracteriticas.
yo la pedí por mail el numero de catastro de la propiedad y su dni aun estoy esperando , jejeje
en fin gente que no nos estafen, y cuidado con estas paginas que hos he puesto, ademas las fotos no coinciden mcuhas veces con la luz de la fachada del piso. fijaos en eso

Si todo está en orden le dará las instrucciones MoneyBookers a liberar los fondos a mí, si no te apetece el apartamento que le enviará su dinero a usted, y les enviará las llaves del apartamento con el contrato de alquiler.
Voy a pagar MoneyBookers servicio para el envío y usted tendrá que pagar los honorarios de Western Union Money Transfer.
Ahora tengo que saber con seguridad si está de acuerdo porque aquí hay una gran cantidad de los pueblos interesados tengan este apartamento alquilado y quiero saber con certeza lo que tengo que decirles.
Si está de acuerdo lo que sugerí yo les digo que mi apartamento ya está alquilado y lo guardaré para usted.

yo he ido a la pagina de la policia virtual la que se encarga de los timos virtuales, https://www.policia.es/denuncias/entrada aun no me han contestado creo que tardan 72 horas o algo así o 48, pero bueno es lo amximo que puedes hacer y yo en la propia pagina de pisos donde se anunciaban tambien les di a bloquear por piso frauduleno, aparte de eso nada a joderse.jejeje, en fin asun así estoy esperando a ver si sigue con el cuento apra reunir más información.

El período que alquila es de 2 meses a 5 anos.
El depósito será de 2 meses de alquiler(640 euros).
TNT mantendrá el dinero hasta que usted confirmará que te gusta el piso.
Yo le explicaré cómo haremos.
Voy a la Oficina del TNT y dejo las llaves y el contrato en su nombre como el receptor destinado.
TNT verificará el sobre para ver si todo es bueno consigo y también los papeles legales que vendrán con las llaves.
TNT le enviará una notificación de entrega a permitirle saber que ellos tienen las llaves y los papeles en su custodia.
En este punto usted tendrá que ir a un Agente de WesternUnion y hacer un depósito de transferencia de dinero en el nombre de agente de TNT asignado con esta transacción para la cantidad que concordamos.
TNT verificará las informaciones del pago y si todo está en la orden ellos entregarán las llaves y el contrato a usted.
Después de que usted reciba el paquete, Usted irá y verificará el apartamento y en 2 días que usted los debe contactar y decirlos si usted mantiene el apartamento o no, si todo está en la orden usted instruirá TNT para soltarme los fondos a mí.
Si usted no quiere el apartamento que ellos enviarán su dinero atrás y usted les enviará las llaves y el contrato a ellos volver el paquete atrás a mí.
Pagaré a TNT este servicio de entreg, para el envío y usted pagará los costes de WesternUnion.
Debo saber seguramente si usted concuerda porque tengo un montón de personas interesadas en tener este apartamento alquilado y yo quiero saber seguramente lo que yo los debo decir.
Para iniciar esta operación necesito saber toda su información de envío, nombre completo, dirección de envío completa.

Pues a mi me esta pasando lo mismo aqui en Mexico, con un pendejo que dice que me vende un Jeep Wrangle y me lo va mandar desde Londres y el paga el envio.

A mi me timaron hasta cierto punto, con el spupuesto piso por 620€ al mes gastos incluidos. Les envie el dinero por WesternUnion y me pedian todavia mas para poder recibir la llava a traves de MoneyBookers. Aqui fue cuando pille el timo y no segui. Les esctibi reclamandoles el dinero pero no me contastaron. Sabe alguin como podré recuperar mi dinero? O como podré denuciarlos?

En realidad no hay forma de que recuperes ese dinero o la veo dificil, pero los pudes denunciar en tu pais, pero va a ser una denuncia al aire ya que no sabemos donde estan estos individus. Alguien que si pudiera saber es un technico en computacion/internet que te cheque de donde es el IP de Internet de donde te han estado enviando los correos y asi poco a poco rastrearlos a los pendejos.

Fui a la policia local a demandar esta estafa, pero como tu dices no hay muchas esperanzas de recuperar este dinero. Espero que no caigan mas gente en esto.

Hola Amigas y Amigos,
Yo ya supe de donde son los estafadores que me querian vender el auto dado a un sitio/programa que esta en internet que te dice de donde son el IP. Y este programa se llama:
http://www.ip-adress.com/trace_email/ en esa pagina vas a copiar el mensaje original que en mi cuenta gmai hay un tab que dice (show original) y copias el email header y lo pegas con exepcion del mensaje que te enviaron y te va a decir de donde te estan mandando el correo electronico.
Ya con esto es un avance y se daran cuenta de que pais y ciudad te estan enviando.

Tiene 3 dormitorios,un salon, 2 baños, una cocina.Está totalmente amueblado y equipado con todo lo necesario (aire acondicionado,lavaplatos,lavadora,nevera,microonda). Fue mi casa hasta hace 2 años cuando me casé y me mudé con mi esposo en Italia, su país de origen. Desde entonces he dado el apartamento en alquiler a una familia joven que,hace poco,por motivos personales tuvo que trasladarse de ciudad, por lo que ahora necesito a alguien para ocupar el apartamento.
La renta mensual es de 750 euros, por todo el apartamento incluyendo todas utilidades (agua, la electricidad, el internet, el cable,el triturador de basura,sistema de seguridad). El apartamento esta libre y se puede mudar allí en el mismo día que usted recibe las llaves. El único problema es que soy la unica que tiene las llaves del apartamento y en este momento me encuentro en mi casa de Italia, pero estoy segura que si esta interesado vamos a encontrar una solución para que usted reciba las llaves lo antes posible y que firmemos el contrato de alquiler.

Otra vez está el sinvergÜenza este timando. Ahora se llama George Tomes, y su direccion: GEORGE TOMES – 15 EVERING ROAD – LONDON – N167SR – UNITED KINGDOM. Su anuncio era: Apartamento de 2 dormitorios en malaga por 300 euros y todo incluido (luz, agua, etc). Tenia que pagar 2 meses por adelantado a western union y un agente de TNT en 2 dias me traeria el contrato y las llaves. A mi me extraño lo de mandar el dinero sin ver el piso antes ni tener la documentacion ni las llaves. Hoy iva a hacer el ingreso, pero sospeche y fui a la direccion del tal piso, cual es mi sorpresa que los pisos de alli son diferentes y no conocen a ningun ingles. Le mande correo a este señor por si me habia mandado la direccion mal y no me ha respondido. Por casualidad he puesto su nombre y direccion en google y cual ha sido mi sorpresa que me encuentro con esta pagina y a todos les ha mandado el mismo correo que a mi, que no esta en españa, pagar a western union y el agente de TNT me hara entrega de la documentacion, escribe mal en español, es todo lo mismo que tienen ustedes…. Ufff, de la que me he librado, madre mia!!! Ya he denunciado el timo a las paginas de alquiler donde estaba anunciado y avisare tambien a la policia. El muy necio aun cree que le hare el ingreso. Lo siento mucho por los que cayeron en la trampa, yo , gracias a Dios me he salvado.
